Synergy HomeCare SYNERGY HomeCare is a non-medical in-home care provider who can provide care for a person in their home, assisted living, independent living, memory care, rehab, hospital, or anywhere they reside. We do NOT need a minimum amount of hours or a contract, and we are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
