We offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans our one-bedrooms come in five arrangements, some with added half bathrooms. Our two-bedroom units come in three distinct floor plans, with two-bathroom options available as well. Apartments feature clean and updated bathrooms with wheelchair accessibility, walk-in showers, tubs, and stacked cabinets for extra storage. The modern kitchens are decked out in glossy, cherry-wood cabinetry, with granite countertops and up-to-date, sleek appliances. Bright windows and patio doors fill the space with light across our neutral-beige walls and gorgeous hardwood floors. Pendant lights hang above the island in the kitchen, and track lights add more brightness to the entire space. Bedrooms have bright windows as well, along with flush-mount lighting and soft, beige carpeting. Amenities Central heat and air conditioning runs throughout our apartments. Units offer private balconies, multiple windows, walk-in closets, extra storage, and a washer and dryer. Our building is designed with accessibility in mind for our limited-mobility residents, including open floor plans and an elevator. Pets are more than welcome in your apartment if you'd like to have company. Our common space also has a kitchen area for preparing gourmet food with top-of-the-line, stainless-steel appliances, coffee machines, and a large fridge. This multifaceted community space is just perfect for hosting parties or get-togethers. Feel free to organize movie nights, brunches, or host a barbeque.
