Allen Morgan Health & Rehabilitation Is this your business? Allen Morgan Health & Rehabilitation offers comprehensive healthcare services not only for Trezevant LifeCare residents but for direct admissions that are in need of short and long term skilled care and/or rehabilitation through our extensive rehabilitation department. Accommodations for Medicare Skilled Care are available; this includes both private and semi-private suites. To be eligible for Medicare to pay for skilled care the resident must be Medicare eligible. The admission to the health center must be preceded by a three (or more) day hospital stay. Medicare covers the full costs of care for up to the first 20 days. An additional 80 days may be provided on a co-payment basis. We welcome direct admission to Allen Morgan Health and Rehabilitation Center (AMHRC) on a space-available basis. When your physician, discharge planner, or social worker discusses rehabilitation therapy, please tell them that you would like to know about availability at Allen Morgan Health and Rehabilitation Center (AMHRC) on the Trezevant campus.
