Our Caregivers and Management team work closely with families and medical professionals to implement care plans. When you engage the services of Assisting Hands® Home Care, you have a team of caring professionals which include a Registered Nurse, Staffing Coordinators, Client Relations Manager as well as the Owner. Our Caregivers are registered with the State of California, are employees of AHRB, get background, DMV and FBI checks, are drug tested, bonded and insured. All employees are Certified Professionals trained in CPR and First Aid as well as Alzheimers/Dementia, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Cancer, Stroke recovery, etc. All caregivers receive several additional hours of training per year in all healthcare areas such as safety, fall risk, dementia, etc. Our service plans are customized to meet our clients needs including day-to-day activities such as: Personal Care, Grooming, Meal Preparation, Errands and Medication Reminders, transfers, transportation, rehabilitation exercises, etc. We also work closely with Hospice providers, and can provide transferring, lifting, positioning, incontinent care, etc. A free consultation is your opportunity to learn more and get advice from an aging care professional. Our home visit will also include a safety check, important especially for a fall risk client. Services include 4 to 6 hour minimum service through 24-hour live-in care, depending on location.
