Back Home Senior Care Back Home Senior Care provides an affordable solution for older individuals or couples who require non-medical assistance such as meal preparation, light house work, errands, medicine reminders and companionship in order to remain as independent as possible in their own home. One-on-one services to our clients are performed by our excellent caregivers who are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. We are family owned and operated, based in the city of Alameda, serving the East Bay. Because this service is so important and personal, we give special attention to matching our clients and caregivers to achieve the utmost compatibility. Each client is provided with his or her own Care Plan tailored specifically to meet his or her special needs. We also provide a special internal training program exclusive to members of The Senior's Choice Network. The Certified Companion Aide (CCA) program was developed to provide Caregivers with the specific skills necessary to handle the challenges they face daily. Our Caregivers study nineteen essential subjects including communication, understanding, aging, emergency preparation, personal care, disability issues, mental health & illness, and nutritional needs of our clients. Back Home Senior Care's mission is to enrich the lives of Seniors and those in need by providing trained Caregivers who love the elderly, are professional, dependable, compassionate and respectful.
