Our Aides and how they conduct themselves whether in someone’s home, a long term care community where we have clients or in public when with our clients makes a lasting impression on the communities we serve. As a result, referrals from our clients, their friends and their families are our largest source of new clients. Before we hire any Home Care Aides, we go through a very complete interview and screening process that includes: Registering their fingerprints with the Illinois Department of Public Health National background checks in all 50 states Pre-employment (and random) drug testing Review of their driving records We pride ourselves in being the employer of choice for Home Care Aides in Metro East Illinois.
