We are licensed by the State of Texas as a small Type B Assisted Living with Alzheimer and Related Disorders certification. We recognize that memory loss affects every resident (and their loved ones) differently, that is why Braeburn Manor focuses on understanding each individual and positively providing the appropriate Alzheimer's care. It's our goal to get to know each resident as an individual, to make them feel safe, secure and at home. Our residents have supervision and care to restore their self-esteem and trust in themselves, as well as trust in our staff members. Our nurses and therapists work diligently with physicians to provide an individualized plan of care for your loved one. We understand that getting to know each resident and their individual personalities is the key to creating situations in which each person feels safe, secure, and engaged. Medication and other daily tasks are managed by specially trained nurses.
