Bross Street Assisted Living Is this your business? Bross Street is a brick front home located in the heart of historical downtown Longmont where our focus is on supporting residents in aging in a community-integrated and home-based setting. The 10 bedroom home has the capacity to house up to 11 residents and we are actively working on filling our one to two openings to complete our community. Our care team features fully trained employees in all support needs from behavioral health to medication administration and hand-over-hand daily living support. We are able to provide 24/7 care with our overnight staff member who resides on the property bringing decades of care experience and immediate access to help or support for our residents. Our mission focuses on supporting individuals through the Aging in Place model and keeping access to the community as open and as integrated as possible. Our home is located between Thompson and Roosevelt Parks, walking distance to our local Senior Center, and minutes from downtown Longmont where residents can enjoy art walks, free concert series, and more hosted by the downtown community. Our culinary partnership with Samples Longmont, located just a few blocks away, offers chef prepared meals for both lunch and dinner in addition to our care team providing made-to-order breakfast each day. Our skilled care teams are able to offer supports and placements for residents transitioning out of rehabilitation centers or hospital settings who require high care placements quickly as well as supporting hospice placements if and when the need arises. Our licensed team of clinical social workers are able to support end of life care and services for both the residents and their families ensuring that each phase of life is treated with dignity and care. I would love to offer an in-person tour of our home to you all if you find yourselves in the area! I greatly enjoy being a part of the team here at Bross Street and hope that you can make it out to our one of a kind home soon.

Tips for Evaluating Your Options
Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Seniorsite Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:
Tour the location:
Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.
Confirm the availability of required services:
Before you commit, make sure that the community offers all the services your senior needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
Know the California regulations for living type:
Each state has its own laws and inspections processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the community(ies) you're considering.
