We have two residential apartment communities in two convenient locations in Canton, MA. Canton Estates is for those who want spaciousness, convenience and comfort in a contemporary environment. We have short term leases available. Our locations are all easily accessible from Routes RT. 1, 128, 95, and 93. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, although the availability of a 1 bedroom apartment home is extremely rare. We have no age restrictions here at Canton Estates, as our residents are not only seniors but also families and professionals. Please note that all applications are subject to income requirements for approval and we are not a section 8 property. In addition, there is no elevator access and we do not currently have handicap accessible apartments.
