Our long and short term caregivers are available for private homes, nursing homes,hospitals and other long term facilities in San Francisco and The Peninsula. Respite Care Personalized Care (Grooming, assist with bathing and dressing) Meal preparation, feeding assistance and special diets Help with morning and wake-up Companionship Light housekeeping and laundry Assist with shopping/groceries Ambulation, exercise assistance and transfers Monitoring client’s well-being on a daily basis and ensuring a safe and secure environment Medication reminders Aid with reading Stimulate mental awareness Writes letters and correspondence Organize mail Care for house plants Reminisce about the past Participates in crafts, play games and cards Assist with entertaining Record and arrange recipes Discuss current and historical events Supervise home deliveries Bed-bound client’s care/repositioning Wheelchair-bound client’s care Transferring from bed to chair and chair to bed Incontinent bowel and bladder care (non medical) Elder Care Management/Transportation/Escort Services We are now offering transportation and escort services, to help you get where you need to go (doctors appointments, shopping, etc.) safely and in a timely manner. This way you get things done, socialize, stay engaged, and enjoy life. Get anywhere with care. We also provide elder care management such as medication management, calling the pharmacy and their health care providers. We require a minimum 4 hours for services.
