CARING FOR PARENT LLC Caring for Parent – Provides caregiver/homemaker/companions for seniors needing in-home looking for non-medical assistance and care. Caring for Parent offers personalized quality care, helping seniors to live at home or private safe residential homes, providing everything from a daily check-in, to 24 hour care. Supports the family and guides them through the many networks of services available in the community, working in partnership with the family, physician, and other health care and service providers. Observation, reporting and problem-solving are the keys to a successful stay at home, avoiding lengthy hospitalizations and reducing costs for everyone. Services include: personal care, memory care, hourly and around the clock caregivers, home care, and companionship. Companion Services This in-home service consists of home-based supervision and monitoring activities that assist and/or instruct an individual in maintaining a comfortable and supportive environment when the person is unable to do so alone. Duties include: Provide a supportive and comfortable environment Assist with phone calls and correspondence Provide recreational activities and friendly conversation Assist with errands and supervise activities as directed, such as taking medication, dressing, etc. Provide transportation of client to physician, recreation, activities, etc.1 Meal preparation, planning and shopping, light housekeeping, laundry Homemaker Services This in-home service consists of all duties included with our Companion Services. It is for clients that need assistance and/or instruction to an individual in managing their household. Duties include those of companion plus: Laundry Vacuuming Dusting Changing linens Washing dishes Washing floors Can provide transportation of client to physician, shopping, visits, etc. Personal Care Services This in-home service consists of all duties included with both our Homemaker and Companion services. It is for clients that need significant assistance with both managing and maintaining their household as well as assistance with personal hygiene needs. Duties include those for Companion and Homemaker, plus: Bathing Dressing Feeding Bathroom assistance Incontinence care Can provide transportation to appointments, shopping. Non-medical assistance caring for chronic disease patients with a well documented plan provided by a medical professional or agreed with the client’s family member, including not limited to Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Services. **The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Personal Care Provider hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.**
