Chandler Senior Care Chandler senior care has adopted specially developed training modules for our caregivers to engage seniors in active living and lifestyle. Our training manuals were carefully developed by a team of psychologist who are specialized in the senior health field. They considered the major physical and psychological challenges seniors face in their daily living as they age, loose loved ones and their ability to live and do daily activities on their own. Apart from having our compassionate caregivers attend to their daily needs, we encourage our seniors to meet and make new friends at our carefully coordinated events: movie nights, picnics, music, variety shows, holiday feasts and perhaps join us at the community garden for a barbecue. Most of these events are free and open to all clients. We are re-inventing the way we care for our seniors, it's like a family and we welcome you on board. The support we provide ranges from simple practical support with everyday living tasks, such as housework, shopping, laundry, correspondence and other paperwork through to helping with personal care (washing, dressing, medication etc.), making or eating meals, and even higher-level clinical or nursing support. In many cases, our staff also supports older people to maintain their family and social lives, perhaps escorting them outside the home and to our many social events. In additional to general support for older people, we also specialize in supporting people with particular age-related health conditions, such as dementia and Parkinson’s disease. Each care plan is individually designed in partnership with the Client to take account of their particular needs, goals and aspirations and the success of each service is measured in terms of whether those personal outcomes are achieved. This person-centered approach gives our older Clients more choice and control over when and how their support is provided. We take care to match our workers with our Clients to ensure a great fit for both skill and personality; it is our aim to provide staff who are companions as well as care professionals. FREE HOUSEKEEPING In addition to helping with daily living all clients who have engaged our services for 40 or more hours get free cleaning services onces a month. We understand the financial burden senior care can be and we want to give back to our well deserved seniors.
