Clackamas View Senior Living Clackamas View Senior Living is located in Milwaukie, OR, a southern suburb of Portland. We have 25 apartments with licensed capacity for 40 seniors. We are located in a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood on one and one-half acres with unmatched views of the Oregon mountains including great views of beautiful Mount Hood. The community was totally remodeled and expanded in 2012. All apartments have private bathrooms. In addition to a beautiful parlor, dinning room, and media area, there are also large redwood decks where residents can gather to soak up the sun, enjoy the gorgeous views or visit with family and friends. Clackamas View Senior Living offers a wide range of assistance and services for residents. Care for residents and assistance with activities of daily living are overseen by our full time licensed nurse. We have awake-staff on duty 24 hours a day to provide assistance as needed according to each resident’s individualized service plan. Our chefs prepare delicious home-style meals which are served in our comfortable dining room. While there you will enjoy soft background music and brightly colored fish swimming in the large salt water aquarium. Nutritious snacks and refreshing beverages are available whenever you desire. Our staff is special too. They are well trained and make a great effort to make you feel comfortable, safe and happy. The building is sprinklered throughout for your safety and every apartment is equipped with an emergency response call system that ensures that help is just the touch of a button away.
