The Ballantyne area is home to over 35 Fortune 500 companies and has many local and national retail stores, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, shopping centers, salons, and barber shops, wellness and fitness centers, movie theaters, cultural and sporting events, golf courses, parks and greenways, medical offices, nearby hospitals, and has easy access to major transportation, highways/interstates, and Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. Residents at CoHomes are offered 24-hour (awake) professional staff to provide personal services at a deeply discounted rate through a written agreement with EULA Home Care Agency, a North Carolina licensed home care agency. EULA’s staff are Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Medication Technicians, and Home Care Aides. EULA has over 17 years of experience working with the elderly and disable clients, including those with Early Stage Dementia, to provide personal care services, nursing services, and respite care. EULA will assess and customize a care plan that is tailored to each individual Resident and provide personal care to preserve their independence, health, and enrich their life. Residents have an option to independently contract personal care services with EULA, or any other licensed home care agency, and will be directly billed for contracted personal care services. CoHomes does not receive any monetary benefits from EULA or any other licensed home care agency, and does not combined charges for housing and personal care services. CoHomes is redefining residential assisted living. Our Residents enjoy a fully furnished home in a desirable area, with private and semi-private bedrooms, home-cooked meals, housekeeping, and superior personal care services. We are registered with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to provide housing with services to seniors. What Makes Us Special CoHomes’ mission is to provide boutique style easy-living and superior personal care services in a residential home. We strongly believe that seniors live better together in a home setting. They are healthier, happier, and are not isolated. It’s not how BIG the house is, it’s how HAPPY the HOME is.

Tips for Evaluating Your Options
Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Seniorsite Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:
Tour the location:
Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.
Confirm the availability of required services:
Before you commit, make sure that the community offers all the services your senior needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
Know the California regulations for living type:
Each state has its own laws and inspections processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the community(ies) you're considering.
