Our mission is to provide high-quality, dependable nursing assistance that ensures that each client can be as comfortable and happy as possible; whether in their own home or an independent or assisted living facility. We have an incredible staff of caregivers dedicated to helping our clients with the acts of daily living as well as a number of additional functions to help them facilitate their independent lifestyles. We practice People Centered Care, and in addition to understanding their health needs, we want to learn about your loved one's hobbies, activities, food preferences, family members (kids, grandkids, friends), and affiliations so that we can provide the best care and environment. This enables us to create a Care Plan tailored specifically to their requirements and makes it possible for us to select a caregiver that is a good match with them. We've found that when matched well the client thrives and develops a nice bond with the caregiver. We frequently invite our new clients and their families to interview several different caregivers that we feel would be a good fit so they can make an informed decision. At Comfort Home Care we believe in keeping things simple and straightforward. We require no lengthy agreements, no upfront retainers, and no complex pricing structures. We have a single hourly rate with the same rate for nights and weekends. Our initial assessment is complementary as are all ongoing assessments. As a locally-owned company we have the ability to react quickly to meet the changing needs of our clients, and there is no corporate red tape to overcome.
