Our matchmaking process involves interviews that let you select caregivers with whom you feel most comfortable. Our nursing instructor individually trains each caregiver based upon your specific needs to ensure accountability. Our nurse care managers become your advocates in helping to bridge the gap between you, your physician and the medical community. Our RN care managers are trained in geriatric, cardiac, dementia and psychiatric nursing care. They specialize in disease management and work closely with each client's physician to prevent acute episodes leading to emergency room visits or hospitalizations.
