We are BRAND NEW AND OPENED MARCH 2020. The Cottages at Noble Village are for sale with a limited number of rentals. Pricing starts at $326K with homeowner’s association dues ranging from $100-200 a month (price not finalized). All Rentals are $2950. Within your gated community, you will find the clubhouse, which is the perfect setting for relaxing with friends and staying fit. There you’ll find a fitness center, game room, full kitchen, wet bar, plus our outdoor fire pit. In addition, our focus is to provide all yards free of maintenance.
