They are welcomed by friendly faces that are trained to provide compassionate care to our senior residents. Our community is designed with their comfort in mind within each of our one-story homes. Our uncomplicated floor plan allows residents to move freely within a safe, secure environment. In addition, we do offer one-on-one care at an additional cost if needed. We are also privileged to have both medical and psychiatric doctors available who can respond and help manage our residents' care needs 24 hours a day contributing to a decrease in hospital admissions of your loved one. Much like a family, our patient, hands-on employees spend a large majority of time with your loved one and are trained to recognize changes in behavior and are involved in extensive training specifically related to those exhibiting disruptive behaviors, as well as those with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Staff longevity provides consistency in our residents' daily routine and individualized care plans are designed for each resident based on their pre-admission assessment, which allows our community the acceptance of these unique behaviors.
