Evergreen Place Evergreen Place is a non-profit fifty-two bed supported residential care facility. We provide private rooms, 24 hour nursing and nursing assistant staff, medication management, three meals a day with special consideration for dietary restrictions, transportation to doctor’s appointments, activities seven days a week, on site primary care physician, on site lab testing, laundry and linen services, housekeeping ,wellness programs, and on site hairdressing. Evergreen Place is an assisted living community where you can relax and enjoy your comfortable private space. Maintenance, utilities and other property cares are no longer worries. Enjoy your meals in the company of friends in our dining area, and sneak down for a snack when the urge strikes. Everything you need is right at home.
