Specialized Wound Care We care for wounds gently and respectfully, developing a custom treatment plan fit for each individual in their unique stage. Rehabilitation Our entire rehabilitation team is committed to creating individualized therapy programs that directly focus on personal goals. We encourage each resident to achieve their maximum potential of independence and ability through our Physical, Occupational, Speech and Music Therapies. Dietary Program Our dietary program offers an on staff Registered Dietitian who provides regular assessments and education to residents. We also offer a select menu offering residents several choices for meals. Our meals meet specific needs according to physician orders.
