Our Health & Wellness Director works with each resident and their family to identify and coordinate the appropriate care—from medication management to help with daily activities like dressing, bathing, and nutrition. Personal Care Assistants serve as the point person for residents, and coordinate communication with family members and outside medical professionals to address any health concerns and assure safety and peace of mind. This nearly invisible technology learns a resident’s patterns and alerts care staff when that pattern changes significantly. Sharing this information with the resident’s physician and family allows for proactive measures.
