Friendship Care Home We are located in the quiet neighborhood of Antioch. We facilitate stability, in the age of change. Since we believe that each one has a unique needs which require the balance of independence and assistance provided, we conduct a resident assessment prior to move-in. Resident, family and our patient care coordinator work together to develop a personalized plan. Because independence is a sense of pride, at Friendship Care Home, we offer care and assistance 24 hours ensuring our residents enjoy the freedom of choice and their families enjoy peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are happy and well cared for. Friendship Care Home is your home away from home. We are 35 bed assisted living facilities and is newly remodeled with separate recreation area, dining area, and on-site salon. Since we are owned and operated by individuals, compared to a corporation, we have the ability to be more flexible and creative with the menus catered for individual needs, which offers more intimate feeling rather than an “institutionalized” feeling. By providing care consistently by familiar staff, we get to know our residents and help us build stronger bonds and better relationship with our residents and their families.
