Green Gables Care Home 2 Our homes are specially designed and licensed to care for residents who have Alzheimer’s and Dementia. We provide ambulatory and non-ambulatory care, as well has having a hospice waiver. We have on call; a facility doctor, home health agencies, physical therapists, podiatrist, and a beautician. Transportation is also provided for doctors appointments. CaregiversWe provide two caregivers in each home. This produces a ratio of one caregiver to every three residents. We do this is order for your loved ones to receive the best personal care and the individual attention they deserve. Our staff is trained to be diligent and resourceful in keeping our residents safe, healthy and happy. We are continually monitoring their daily activities to ensure their safety as well as their happiness. We maintain a MAR (medication administration record) to ensure that all medications are taken on time. We also record every resident’s ADL’s (activities of daily living) This allows us to monitor any changes in the well being of our clients. We keep in close contacts with our residents’ personal physicians to ensure your loved ones are receiving all the medical attention they require. What Makes Us Special Bed RoomsPrivate and semi-private rooms that are wheel chair accessible are available. Beautifully decorated for move in ready, we welcome residence’s personal belongings so furniture, pictures, and art are welcome in their rooms.
