We only work with the 'Best of the Best' caregivers. All of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and only 5% of those we interview make it through our extensive screening process. We reward these caregivers with highly competitive rates and with the respect and dignity they deserve. We then work closely with each family to ensure compatibility. Actions and time are the true indicators of someone who 'walks the walk' and our mission is to only place caregivers that we would use in our own homes and our families homes. We believe the longer a senior can remain or stay in their own home the happier and healthier they stay. We also understand the need to be affordable and have worked hard to develop a business model that allows us to provide affordable home care rates, with absolutely no compromise in quality.
