For over 7 years we have focused on one family at a time, intentionally limiting our size and geographic area to assure our client's needs are met. Our in-home care services range from providing a caregiver for only a few visits a week to drive on errands to full time, 24/7 live-in personal care. Our professional Care Management services from our staff of Certified Senior Advisers and Geriatric Care Managers help guide families through the often complex, emotional process of finding quality in-home care for loved ones, especially when they don't live in the area. To work for HomeLife Partners you must pass a number of tests, then meet the owner for the ultimate test. . . would I have this person in my mother's home? Our comprehensive training program was developed by the founder of the Center for Caregiver Training. Before our caregiver ever walks through your door, they have sat with our care manager in a customer orientation. This is when we review the Care Plan that was developed for you based on the complimentary Needs Assessment assuring that they understand your needs and preferences. We can't replace the love of a family member, but we can provide assurance that the activities of daily living are accomplished and our clients are safe, healthy and happy in their own homes.
