K & W Care Homes K&W Care Homes is a licensed residential facility located in a very quiet neighborhood in beautiful Stone Mountain, Georgia. In our facility, our CNAs are trained to properly care for adults with long term disabilities, physical limitations, dementia, depression and a host of other health conditions. Our primary focus is to provide our residents with a safe and secure environment where they can comfortably relax and enjoy day to day life in a fun and family atmosphere. Meals Caregivers will prepare nutritious meals daily. Special diets prepared as needed. Housekeeping Caregivers will perform light housekeeping services that includes vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (sinks, showers, baths and toilet), cleaning kitchen (sinks, appliances, counters, taking out the trash and assist with tidying all rooms. Errands Caregivers will only assist with errands when needed for urgent situations. Transportation arrangements can be made in advance with a third party vendor; however, family members are strongly encouraged to assist and accompany their loved ones on personal outings (All appointments, pharmacy, post office, and personal shopping). Laundry Caregiver will assist laundry Activities Caregiver will assist/help organize daily activities (reading, games or assist with walks outside) Grooming & Dressing Caregiver will assist with grooming and dressing and routine activities of daily living (as needed). Bathing Caregiver will assist with a shower or bath (as needed). Toileting vCaregiver will strive to provide an acceptable, comfortable, and safe environment for toileting needs.
