Keystone Villa at Ephrata Keystone Villa at Ephrata is a lovely independent living, personal care and memory care community located just off of Rt 322 in Ephrata. Keystone Villa opened in October 2014 in the newly renovated building that formerly housed Eby Shoe Factory and Donecker’s Art Works. Under one roof, we are able to offer everything needed to provide our residents with an active and healthy lifestyle. Our Memory Care Neighborhood is uniquely designed for seniors living with memory impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Our programming includes spiritual, creative and physical activities designed to guide them on their journey and respect their individuality. Our neighborhood takes frequent field trips as well as participates in activities to support local community outreach projects. Many of our compassionate staff members have been assisting our residents since our doors opened. Instilling longevity within the senior community is a testament to our resident-focused care and provides reassurance to families that their loved one is being treated with the utmost respect and dignity they deserve—just like family should be treated!
