Lily's Promise - Bradenton We Promise to treat our residents with Love and Compassion. Because of the intimate size of each home, our staff is able to get to know and bond with each resident. We believe that this fosters a relationship of trust and comfort and ultimately leads to a happier resident. We Promise to provide the highest standards of care. Our nurse oversees each of our residents care plans and works with families, physicians, home health, and hospice to make sure each resident is receiving all of the care and resources available to them. Unlike larger assisted livings we provide a 3:1 resident to staff ratio during the busiest hours of the day. Larger facilities have ratios upwards of 12:1. Furthermore, each staff member receives ongoing training, enabling us the to truly offer the highest standard of care. We Promise to create a home-like environment catered to our residents’ needs. It is believed that those living with Alzheimer’s / Dementia will fare better in a smaller home-like environment. We realize that they are susceptible to over-stimulation. Consequently, our homes are designed specifically to offer a safe, comfortable and peaceful environment. Limiting our home to 6 residents can reduce the anxiety many face when moving into a larger assisted living environment. We still provide the same services while in a smaller home like setting and receiving 24 hour quality care.
