Loving Care Providers Loving Care Providers is a bonded and insured home health care agency. We are licensed by the state of Oregon to work in Multnomah and Washington counties. We cover Portland and Beaverton metro areas. Many people need medical care for parents and elderly relatives these days. We work with individuals in their own home recuperating from illness, surgery, as well as adults suffering from memory loss, Alzheimer's dementia, Parkinson's disease or loss of independence. Loving Care Providers caregivers are fully trained, and screened with background checks, license checks and reference checks. All caregivers are supervised on a regular basis. We are bonded and insured. We are licensed to work in Multnomah and Washington County by the state of Oregon. Our staff supervisor does the client assessment and care plan. All caregivers are supervised on a regular basis as well. Finally, all caregivers are instructed to write in the client's journal daily that is left in the home by Loving Care Providers. This is for the family to see what is being done and encourages open communication between all clients. Our agency provides the following services at client's home: Care in your home Bathing Personal grooming and hygiene Dressing Toileting and elimination Mobility and movement Nutrition/Hydration and feeding Housekeeping tasks Shopping and errands Transportation Arranging for medical appointments Medication reminders We offer service with a 4 hour minimum, but are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts are available in a variety of time increments, but always with a 4 hour minimum. We answer our telephone 24 hours a day.
