We make sure our resident feel that they are living in a real home, and not in an institution, a nursing home, or a hotel. We provide loving assisted living care, while respecting the individual privacy of our residents. Consequently, because we have loving people in our employment, and because we treat them well in return, our employees stay for many years, providing continuity of quality care for our residents. Several of our current staff members have been with us for over three years, others have stayed with us for as long as six years. For our residents’ families, we are committed to alleviating the stress and doubt that is always associated with moving an elderly parent from home. The quality of our homes makes it easier for the families to feel that they are doing their best for their elderly parents or relatives, not that they are just “putting them out” of their homes.
