Our single hourly and live-in rates are extremely competitive. We don't charge more if personal care assistance is needed, or if longer hours are not needed. We never require a deposit, or that you sign a long-term contract. We hold workers' comp and liability insurances to protect our clients and caregivers. And, for clients with an interest, our proprietary senior-inspired creative and social opportunities, led by professional and talented instructors, are always free. And we bring all supplies! We think looking forward to something a little different must be a good thing. HIGHLY-SUPPORTIVE NOT THE SAME CAREGIVER TEAM Our first objective is always to ensure that each and every Not The Same caregiver has the warmth, proactive spirit and emotional maturity to represent us well. We don't budge on this. With both traditional care and our proprietary NTS goals and options in mind, we carefully consider many indicators of overall nature and responsibility. We pay close attention to job history, education/trainings, interests, background checks, drug testing, and a lot more. It's all important. A home care company is only as good as its team. And we're really proud of ours. OUR PROPRIETARY I-SESSIONS Our Inspiration Sessions are designed to be fun and relaxing, but interesting enough to inspire. They're offered periodically, during regular client-caregiver shifts, at no additional charge. Current I-Sessions include painting and jewelry-making trainings, and yummy food sessions, like cappuccino and fancy waffles. They're thoughtfully conceived and lead by our team of professional and accomplished artists and jewelry makers, a writer, a top-culinary-school-trained chef, and our home cooks extraordinaire. IN A NUTSHELL: regular home visits and a care plan developed according to your needs we're available seven days a week to discuss our clients' care a sprinkling of senior-inspired creative and social options the absolute best caregiver team we can build a simple and all-inclusive* fee structure the fairest rates we can offer insured and bonded To us, it's all important.
