Some of the things that we do are light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, vacuuming, grocery shopping or general shopping, laundry, bathing assistance, light exercise assistance, grooming, assist with walking, change linens, apparel selection, clean kitchen, cupboards, drop off/pick up dry cleanings, dusting, polishing furniture, iron clothes, make beds, medication reminders, monitor medication usage, monitor diet and eating habits, organize/clean closets and pantries, pick up prescriptions, readings, take out garbage, wash dishes and much much more.
