Otterbein St. Mary’s offers patio- and ranch-style homes and apartment living as lifestyle options. The homes are available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans and include kitchens, garages and sunrooms. Of the apartment layouts, studio, one- and two-bedroom are available, and they include security call systems, cable and all utilities, except for telephone. Retirement should free you of responsibilities, which is why we offer services that relieve you of responsibility. We handle the maintenance and repair of your home and take care of trash removal. Scheduled transportation is also available, along with on-site banking and postal services. There are additional fee-based services you may use, such housekeeping, dry cleaning pick up or personal transportation. As a continuing care community, we provide our residents the peace of mind that comes from knowing we can handle their future health care needs.
