Park Hills West Park Hills West is a 20 bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), dedicated to maximizing the residents’ level of self-care and independence, while promoting dignity and quality of life. We provide a homelike atmosphere in the quiet Village of Hales Corners. The staff are qualified professionals experienced in providing for the physical, emotional, social and recreational needs of our residents. We have long term staff members, many who have worked for Park Hills for 10 or more years. Park Hills West, provides the following services: Assisted Living, Continued Care Community, Micro-Community: Residential Care Facility, Short Term Care: Respite, Alzheimer’s Care, and Hospice. We provide a higher level of service for the elderly which includes preparing meals, housekeeping, medication assistance, laundry, and also do regular check-in’s on our residents. Park Hills West has an average user review rating of 4 stars. Accommodations at Park Hills West, start at $3,600 a month. Our monthly rate is all inclusive. We do not charge extra fees for medication management, administration, laundry, or special dietary needs! CBRF’s are generally less expensive than nursing homes, if assisted living is a viable option for your loved one. Also, Park Hills West is a Micro community, which means it is a smaller, less institutional senior setting. Park Hills West also provides hospice care. Hospice care is an infusion of home care and facility care provided to benefit terminally ill patients and support their families through their tough times. We are located in the southwest suburb of Hales Corners in Milwaukee County. We are conveniently freeway accessible. Our building, itself, is a single story ranch home located on a beautiful wooded lot in a safe residential neighborhood. The Village of Hales Corners has an above average safety rating based on recent crime statistics. As part of our Alzheimer’s care, we have special safeguards for wandering seniors, and caregivers are trained in handling dementia behaviors. Our spacious living room is home-like with a fireplace, large screen TV and plenty of windows to enjoy our beautiful wooded property. In the summer, residents may sit in our beautiful yard, enjoying the patio and wheelchair gardening. We take pride in the fact that we are independently owned, and small enough to provide individualized attention to each of our residents.
