Park Senior Villas - Goodyear At Park Senior Villas, our senior assisted living services are designed for residents who value their independence, yet need assistance with essential daily activities. Park Senior Villas team members are available 24 hours a day to help with bathing, dressing, incontinence, medications, meals, and additional activities of daily living. Our senior living community residents enjoy their own personalized living space with a trained caregiver close by if needed. We provide quality senior care while remaining as non-intrusive as possible, so the resident can maintain their highest level of independence. Residents can schedule an appointment in our beauty/barber salon, use the fitness room or relax in the quiet study found in each home. In addition to our onsite programs, we bring in live entertainers and regularly schedule intergenerational activities with local scout troops and school groups. Our residents can also choose to participate in outings to popular restaurants, the movies and other local attractions. we have dedicated homes for our residents with Alzheimer’s, other types of dementia or other forms of memory loss. Our memory care program focuses on getting to know our residents and their histories as well as the details of their lives so we can help create the most pleasant environment possible for them as individuals.
