Qualicare - Orange Coast We are family owned and operated by Orange County natives. We provide all levels of care; from the simple to the complex. In dealing with other Home Care Organizations, you will find that they are limited in scope with the services they offer. So, they are able to handle the simple, Companion Care, but cannot do anything more complex should the need arise. All client care is managed by a Registered Nurse. Other companies invest in bookkeepers and receptionists. Our Registered Nurse hires, trains and manages all of our caregivers. Our Registered Nurse and Social Worker conduct our Head-To-Toe Assessments, develop the Medical Profiles and build out our Care Plans. This is all done free of charge. With other companies, the Care Plans are not developed by medical professionals but, rather, by a nurse assistant or the owner of the company. We conduct a free Home Safety Inspection for each and every client, also free of charge. Our caregivers are all insured, bonded, and background checked by the FBI and Department of Justice and certified by the State of California. All of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) at a minimum. They also live locally, speak excellent English, and have nice cars with which they can drive our clients on errands, to doctor’s appointment or wherever they would like. Our caregivers receive 500% of additional training beyond what the State of California demands. All of our caregivers are dementia and Alzheimer’s certified. This ensures that our caregivers are able to manage clients who may be erratic or those who require much more attention. Our company is certified by the State of California as an office Home Care Organization. We also hold certifications with the American Board of Home Care (ABHC), the California Association for Health Services At Home (CAHSAH), the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association (CHAPCA), and are a member partner with Alzheimer’s Orange County, the ALS Foundation, the American Cancer Society, The American Diabetes Association and many others. It is quite rare for a HCO to have similar certifications. Our concierge services allow us to build a hospital in the home. We bring to your home the best of breed services to augment our core services. We can bring out mobile doctors, mobile dentists, mobile podiatrists, mobile physical therapists, mobile occupational therapists, as well as mobile beauticians, dog walkers, gardeners, financial planners, and a plethora of other service providers. And our rates are no more than any other Home Care Company and include all of the aforementioned services and support personnel.

Tips for Evaluating Your Options
Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Seniorsite Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:
Tour the location:
Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.
Confirm the availability of required services:
Before you commit, make sure that the community offers all the services your senior needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
Know the California regulations for living type:
Each state has its own laws and inspections processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the community(ies) you're considering.
