ReJoyce Healthcare At Home, LLC ReJoyce Healthcare at Home is a locally owned and operated in home care agency. We hold a comprehensive license issued by the State of Oregon, Oregon Health Authority. This allows our caregivers to provide essential non-medical in-home caregiving services allowing seniors to age at home, comfortably. After you call the agency or we receive a referral, our administrator or care coordinator will set up a time to come to your home and perform a health assessment. Once care commences, we will work with you and your primary care doctor and other healthcare professionals as needed to develop a plan of care that is specific to you. Periodically we will check in with you and others involved in your healthcare to make sure we are providing the very best care! We provide trained caregivers to serve our clients. Currently, we serve clients in Jackson and Josephine counties. Caregivers are available up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Get Costs
