As a Northern Virginia native, Phillip grew up near Centreville High School in Clifton, VA and graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Phillip’s parents, Mark and Colleen, opened Right at Home in 2002 and he joined the family business in 2012. After holding several managerial positions within the organization Phillip helped his parents retire and now owns and operates the local office with his dedicated care staff. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Phillip is passionate about providing individualized care, enthusiastic management services, and collaborating with other health care providers. As one of the largest offices within the Right at Home franchise system, the Northern Virginia office is well recognized locally. Right at Home Northern Virginia has an excellent reputation in the local community while receiving referrals for services from some of the most reputable healthcare providers in the metropolitan area and is a contracted provider for the Veteran’s Affairs Homemaker Home Health Aide Program.
