We are located conveniently off I-90 within a beautiful and sprawling country setting, overlooking the Albany Skyline! At Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we understand that the transition to a skilled nursing facility is an emotionally trying time. We aim to ease the burden by providing an oasis of tranquility, caring and comfort nestled high on a hill and removed from the bustle of the NYS Capital State located nearby! Our dedicated staff of Registered Nurses and professional caregivers are hand selected, not only for their clinical expertise, but equally for their warm demeanors and personable dispositions.
