Our Approach SHARE, INC. is a non-profit organizationwith no religious or government affiliation, with two full-time employees: a Program Director, a chef, a part time resident assistant and a part time maintenance manager. What we have is a Volunteer Board of Trustees and Directors to ensure the Mission of SHARE, Inc is met. Our Story SHARE, INC. was founded in 1979 as an effort to provide affordable housing for Senior Citizens in Bergen County. November 21, 1982, the first resident moved in. September of 1996, a second house was purchased and funded by Community Development of Bergen County. The first residents moved in June 1998.
