Silver Crest Homecare is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood of Oakley. Having worked years in physical therapy, hospice, and clinical care settings, our backgrounds have culminated to an experience we want to share with you and your loved ones. We offer a home-like setting that promotes maximum independence and dignity for each resident and encourages family and community involvement. We strive to provide an affordable, personable, and fun environment for you or yours. We also have hospice waivers in place. 24/7 NURSING SUPPORT Our highly trained nurses on staff are available to consult and review statuses and recommend appropriate care changes. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT From establishing contact with physicians, to helping make sure medications are given when prescribed and even when it comes to re-ordering, we have it covered. ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING Whether it be hygiene, getting around, feeding, dressing, continence, toileting, transportation, house cleaning and cooking, we can help. EXERCISE AND ENTERTAINMENT We have a vast library of media and content for consumption. Everything from books and movies to music and games. Including yoga, exercise classes and memory activities. PET THERAPY AND RELAXING MODALITIES Our assisted living facility offers residents alternative methods when dealing with dementia or other conditions such as aromatherapy, music therapy, and pet therapy. WE KEEP ENGAGED AND ATTENTIVE Encouraging community-sponsored and social/recreational activities such as movie nights, bingo games, group painting, cooking/baking gatherings and more.
