Sunrise of Old Town - Opening Spring 2021 Our Community carries on the historical tradition of Old Town Alexandria in it's architecture and design, which brings off a luxurious flair of appeal. At Sunrise of Old Town, our exceptional caregivers will provide highly personalized assisted living and memory care services. Our team regularly evaluates the needs and preferences of each resident, discussing details with the family and physicians. Each resident will receive an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) that is kept up to date so each resident always receives the care they need. We will offer an activities program designed to appeal to every resident’s unique interests. Each day’s calendar will offer opportunities to enrich the mind, body, and spirit. And, our in-house culinary chef will prepare three scratch-made meals each day using fresh, seasonal ingredients. What Makes Us Special Our newest Northern Virginia Sunrise, to open in March of 2021 is located in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria, just steps from the Potomac River and within eyesight of Washington, DC. Our building will be located on the corner of Washington Street and Princess Street, a perfect location that is walking distance to all the restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, and theaters this historic city has to offer. On our property, residents can enjoy the beautiful gardens, outdoor porches, and walking paths; all designed to offer opportunities to enjoy fresh air and nature throughout the day. Our residents will enjoy the close proximity to Waterfront Park and Founders Park as well as shopping and dining destinations.
