RENTAL TERMS The Forum at Memorial Woods offers apartments on a rental basis, with no buy-in needed. There is an initial move-in/community fee that does not exceed the amount of one month’s rent and all services are billed on an as-used basis. CARE LEVELS Living arrangements at the community include independent living for active seniors and assisted living for those who require help with daily activities on a regular basis.
