Our smaller community setting works well for residents who do not want to live in a larger community but still require a level of assistance and care that would be provided by an Assisted Living or Nursing Home facility. Unlike most Assisted Living facilities, we only care for 6 residents in each home, thus having a staff ratio of 1 to 6 at night and 2 to 6 during the day. Our staff at the Mulberry House assisted living community is on-site and available around the clock. That means a resident who needs assistance using the bathroom in the middle of the night can quickly receive help.
