The Opal at Music City The Opal at Music City is a unique assisted living and memory care community located in Nashville, Tennessee. We provide coordinated, collaborative and tailored care services to each resident entrusted to us. Our community offers a variety of suite styles, recreational areas, meal service and a secure memory care residence at an affordable all-inclusive rate. Meals Our inclusive care packages offer three meals per day with snacks and hydration. Feel at home in the Opal Café filled with music, laughter and healthy dining choices. Our hand-crafted menus promote a nutritious diet tailored to our resident populations. At Opal Senior Living, we believe that dining is our biggest activity of the day and aim to ensure residents not only enjoy their meals, but enjoy the atmosphere and company in which they share. 24-Hour Care Our team of dedicated associates are never far. At The Opal at Music City, our trained care staff are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. We offer medication assistance to residents in need, as well as a community healthcare provider with the ability to offer routine testing and diagnostic imaging without having to leave the community. We also have a network of Partners in the Community to offer additional healthcare services such has Home Health to residents in need. Our goal is to provide coordinated and collaborative services to allow our residents to age in place. Exercise Many of our residents have health and wellness in the forefront of their minds as they continue to age. Our Joyful Moments Program offers programming to maintain physical wellness. Our onsite therapy suite provides additional physical and occupational therapy services to maintain strength, balance and physical health. Joyful Moments At The Opal at Music City, there is no shortage of diverse recreational spaces that are used for physical, cognitive and cultural engagement. Visit our theater, ice cream parlor, general store, private dining, activities room, and outdoor courtyards for activities that are crafted based on resident interest. Our Reflections Memory Care Program keeps memory care and cognition at the epicenter of each activity program developed. This highly specialized program boasts unique engagement opportunities for residents with varying cognitive impairment. During the move-in process our Joyful Moments Director will sit down with each new resident to inquire their current level of engagement, interests, and offer a guide of programs that fit their needs. Housekeeping Housekeeping and Laundry services are available to residents residing at The Opal at Music City. We believe that our housekeeping and laundry services are meant to give peace of mind to our residents to enjoy all that the community has to offer.
