Located on the North side of Manitowoc, Wisconsin just a mile from the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan and home of the Maritime Museum, we have available 23-1 bedroom and 6 studio apartments, which include Handicapped accessable apartments as well. As of November 1, we have been 100% full, however, we would like to offer you the apportunity of getting on our waiting list which will put you into our main system, by doing this, you are locking in your name in the event a vacancy becomes available and you are interested. Besides that we have ample parking for one vehicle per tenant and we are about a block from the grocery store and Bus line.
