The Setting Waterford South has been architecturally designed to provide a pleasant and relaxing living environment for our residents. You'll benefit from our small, personal setting. With only 28 residents, you'll receive personalized attention. The dining room is the center focal point with residential areas extending to either end of the building, positioned around matching lounge areas. Each lounge area has been specially designed to provide therapeutic natural daylight that spills through large skylights. What Makes Us Special Waterford South Assisted Living is locally owned and operated by Sunshine Villages, Inc., with administration and ownership readily available for questions or problems.
