Room rates starting at $1800 reflect the size of room and whether or not there is a private or shared bath. Room Rates Monthly room rate includes: Furnishings Linens Support Staff Services, including personal care, medication assistance, social work, activities, and meals. Other services include 24 hour Security, on-site beauty salon & barber shop, housekeeping services, laundry and linen services. Three Meals Daily, served by waiters and two tea times daily. On-site Social Service staff with individualized case management services. Medication supervision and assistance. Active recreation programs, escort services for medical appointments and in-room emergency response system. Along with all the activities available in the vicinity of the West 74th Street Residence, we also offer a varied and active schedule of recreational activities onsite. Residents gather for activities such as: crossword puzzles, yoga, tai chi, exercise, art, pet visits, bingo, opportunities to sing and musical concerts, poetry, horticulture, holiday celebrations and trips. Students from the Mannes School of Music also visit on a regular basis to perform for our residents. Our social and recreational programs provide residents with many opportunities to maintain a relaxed, yet active, lifestyle.
