Acuity Homecare LLC Acuity Homecare was founded from a desire to improve upon our own personal experiences in healthcare. Throughout our 20-plus years of combined nursing practice my wife and I recognized that most of our patients had one thing in common. That is, despite being cared for by highly trained professionals within a hospital, skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation center, they maintained a strong desire to recover at home. The comfort, familiarity and assurance felt in their own home along with easy accessibility to their support network of friends and family allowed for a safer, faster recovery. At Acuity Homecare we have dedicated ourselves to ensuring every one of our clients are treated like real people. We provide compassion, respect, professionalism and good old-fashioned excellent customer service. We visit our clients and caregivers in person routinely to ensure satisfaction with our service along with in home supervision to our caregivers. Does your agency organize and host events and outings for you or your loved one? Well, Acuity Homecare does. Our caregivers do not just sit at the bedside on their personal phones while you or your loved one sit quietly in their own thoughts. We are a socially interactive agency that engage and interact with our clients in a way that other agencies do not. Our events planner organizes picnics, movie nights, concerts, or nature walks to name a few for all of our clients (weather and client functional limitations considered).
