We are located at 3604 Autumn Lane, Baytown, Texas in the beautiful Whispering Pines Subdivision. We are licensed for 11 beds by the state through DADS (Department of Aging and Disability) as a type B facility- caring for both ambulatory or non ambulatory clients. We provide hospice as well through home health agencies. We also provide respite care for families looking for a short-term stay. We provide personal care in the comfort of a home setting. 24-hour care and supervision, 3 home cooked meals and snacks, daily assistance with activities of daily living (feeding, toileting, dressing, grooming, transfers,bathing), leisure and socialization activities, housekeeping and laundry services all at one flat monthly rate. Your monthly rate also includes cable services in all resident rooms and Wi-Fi access throughout the home. What Makes Us Special Residents are encouraged to bring small pieces of personal furniture to personalize their rooms. Arrangements can be made to have home health to provide onsite physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We have a visiting LVN/RN and arrangements for a visiting physician or nurse practitioner. Our home comes equipped with fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems for resident safety. Bathrooms feature roll-in-showers that are ADA compliant and hence wheelchair accessible.
